How to utilize in-store pickup with Newbie.
Commence your shopping journey, choose desired items, and in the cart, opt for 'Store Pickup.' Select your preferred collection store location.
We never charge a delivery fee for Store Pickup.
How long is the delivery time?
1-3 working days, tracking within 48 hours.
How will I know when my parcel has arrived?
After you place an order, we'll send you an order confirmation email. Once we have dispatched your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know that your parcel is on its way. Once your parcel arrives at your selected store, you'll receive an email confirming that your order has arrived and is ready for collection. Simply go to your selected store and present your order number and your proof of ID to collect your parcel.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We'll look after your order for two weeks from the day it arrives in the store. If your parcel hasn't been collected by the end of that two weeks, we will return the order to the warehouse and arrange a refund for you.
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you an email to confirm that it is on its way. It should arrive at the store within our stated delivery window. Orders are not traceable via a tracking link, but as soon as your parcel arrives at your selected store, we’ll send you an email confirming that your order has arrived. If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact us.
Yes, you can return an order when choosing Pickup in-store as a delivery method.
Yes, you can return your Pickup in-store order for free by following our simple returns policy. Please note that items purchased online can only be returned in-store for an exchange. Unfortunately, our Newbiestore teams cannot process a refund against online orders.

Items purchased online can only be returned in-store for an exchange. If you would like a refund, please follow our simple returns policy. Returns to Newbie are always free.
Faulty items
We hope your items will arrive in perfect condition, but if something does appear damaged, contact us as soon as you can. We’ll ask you to take a picture of the damage and send it to our customer care email. Then we’ll either help you set up a new order free of delivery fees or arrange a return and refund for you.
What happens if I forget to pick up my order?
We understand life gets busy. We'll keep your order for two weeks from its arrival in-store. If uncollected, we'll return it to our warehouse, issuing a credit to your payment method in 3-5 working days, extending up to 14 days during busy periods.
